The Rebati Ranjan Bhowmik Memorial Charitable Society, North Bengal Branch (Reg. No. S/64424 of 2009–2010), proudly organized a Drinking Water Distribution Camp for the devotees of the auspicious festival of Sri Sri Ram Nabami on 27th March 2026 at Hospital More, Bagdogra, District Darjeeling. This meaningful initiative reflected the Society’s unwavering commitment to community welfare and public service, particularly during large religious gatherings where access to basic necessities becomes essential. Recognizing the pressing need for clean and safe drinking water, the organization stepped forward with compassion and dedication to ensure the comfort and well-being of every devotee present. Conducted in association with the Lions Club of Bagdogra Galaxy and generously sponsored by Galaxy Hospital, Galaxy Diagnostic Centre, and Jay Beni Traders — located at Asian Highway – II, Panighata More, Upper Bagdogra — the event successfully served numerous pilgrims with care and respect. Dedicated volunteers actively participated in water distribution, crowd management, and ensuring every individual was attended to warmly. This noble endeavor stands as a true testament to the Society’s selfless spirit, strengthening community bonds and upholding its legacy as a beacon of hope, humanity, and social responsibility across Bagdogra and the greater North Bengal region.
