Empowerment begins with opportunity. Through the Women and Youth Livelihood Training Program, RRBMCS helps individuals gain the skills, confidence, and support they need to build self-reliant futures.
Across West Bengal, many women and young people face limited access to education and employment. Our initiative bridges this gap by offering hands-on training in tailoring, handicrafts, food processing, and digital literacy. Each program is designed to turn talent into sustainable income, enabling families to move from dependence to independence.
RRBMCS also conducts financial awareness workshops, helping participants learn savings, budgeting, and small business management. Graduates of these programs have gone on to start home enterprises, join cooperatives, and contribute actively to their local economies.
With continued guidance from our trainers, partners, and volunteers, we are not just teaching skills – we are building resilience, confidence, and dignity.
At RRBMCS, we believe that when women and youth thrive, entire communities rise. Together, we are shaping a generation that is capable, confident, and ready to lead change.
